Brew Highlights:

This golden brown selection is our lightest in terms of color and flavor. We use Eastern Washington wheat malt to create a medium body beer with a creamy head. This beer is not as light as some wheat beer nor as fruity as a true Bavarian style Hefe. It is lightly hopped for flavor and aroma, has a smooth aftertaste and is very drinkable.
