Brew Highlights:

A dark wheat beer crafted in the dunkel weizen style. In addition to dark crystal and white wheat malt, chocolate malt is mashed in during recirculation to give a rich chocolate mouth feel. We "dry hopped" this seasonal ale with zest from a case of oranges for eleven days, imparting a unique citrus aroma. Undertones of molasses and a sweet citrus aroma make this a perfect match for those long cold winter nights, and the chocolate and orange character are a great holiday combination. Just say "Vinter Veizen"!

• Aroma: tangy citrus, with malt undertones
• Taste: medium body with a smooth chocolate finish
• Bitterness: 18 IBU's
• Hops: Tettnanger and Hallertau
